10. Limitation of Liability

11. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before work begins for a full refund. Once translation work has started, cancellations are subject to a fee based on work completed. Express orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.

12. Revisions

We offer free revisions for translation errors. Revisions requested due to changes in the source document or new requirements may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
